Description
Temple Independent School District (TISD) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors regarding a fully cloud-hosted Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution. The District currently uses Cisco systems for voice communications across approximately 18 facilities and intends to replace the existing on-premises voice system with a cloud-hosted UCaaS solution. This RFI is for planning purposes and to inform a future solicitation, with no obligation to award a contract. The District supports about 8,800 students and 1,500 employees with approximately 1,000 voice endpoints.
