This solicitation is for annual microscope service for the Nikon E100 model at the Russell County Health Department. The service includes scheduled performance maintenance addressing mechanical, optical, and electrical components, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and alignment. Replacement or repair parts beyond minor repairs are excluded but will be quoted separately. The service period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and the quoting vendor must be a Nikon authorized repair station. The contract may be renewed annually up to a total cost of $25,000 or five years.
