This opportunity seeks janitorial services for the Mystic Ranger District and Great Plains Interagency Dispatch Center, managed by the USDA Forest Service, Black Hills National Forest. - Government Buyer: - USDA Forest Service, Black Hills National Forest - Mystic Ranger District, Rapid City, SD - Scope of Work: - Janitorial services for administration buildings and warehouses at Mystic Ranger District, Great Plains Interagency Dispatch Center, and Research Station Warehouse - Services include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks - Daily cleaning: offices, bathrooms, lobbies, hallways, kitchens, and outside areas - Restroom sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting - Scheduled deep cleaning: carpet shampooing (annual), floor waxing/stripping (quarterly), window cleaning, dusting blinds - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies - Use of biobased cleaning products required - Compliance with OSHA and federal safety standards - Contract Structure: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (potential total of five years) - Possible six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8 - Set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) - Notable Requirements: - Quality control plans and resumes for key personnel required - Cleaning must occur outside normal business hours (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) - Pricing must cover all base and option years - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced - No named vendors or manufacturers; opportunity is open to qualified small businesses

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0143 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services.  The Contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform janitorial services for the Mystic Ranger District and Great Plains Dispatch Center administration buildings and warehouses.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720  The small business size standard is $22 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
