NASA Sole Source Procurement: Precision 16-Channel 28144 Quad Bridge Conditioner System

NASA Langley Research Center is seeking to procure a Precision 16-Channel 28144 Quad Bridge Conditioner System with a test subsystem for advanced measurement and test applications. - The procurement is planned as a sole source award to Precision Filters, Inc., under FAR Part 12 for commercial items. - The system includes: - 16-slot chassis (part number 28016F-M3) - Power supply (28016C) - Backplane interface module with Ethernet remote interface (28000A-BIF2-FT) - Multiple frame blank panels (28000-BP-1A, 28000-BP-2A, 28000-BP-4A) - Four Quad Bridge/Dynamic Strain Conditioners with 8-pole low-pass filters (28144-LP8FP-L) - Output cables and bulkhead panel for 64 BNC connectors - Factory assembly and labeling - Test subsystem instruments (Keysight 33509B and 34465A) and cables (28000-5-TEST) - Test cable for FAT on cards (CB-REF-C) - The NAICS code is 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals). - The period of performance is 60-90 days after receipt of order (ARO). - NASA may not compete this requirement unless capability statements are received by 8/12/2026 that demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. - No set-aside is indicated, and this is not a request for quotes at this stage.
