Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking qualified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors and suppliers for the Washington Irving Branch Library Renovation project located at 360 Irving Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237. The work includes various trades such as demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete forming, masonry, structural steel framing, carpentry, waterproofing, doors and frames, glazing, metal framing, tiling, painting, signage, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earth moving, paving, fencing, site furnishings, landscaping, and stormwater conveyance. All work will be performed per the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) using union wages. The total MWBE participation goal for this project is 26%.
