Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase eighteen (18) 15-foot Flat Bottom All Welded Aluminum Boats, eighteen (18) 25hp Outboard Motors, and eighteen (18) Aluminum Boat Trailers for the Law Enforcement Division. The solicitation requires delivery of fully assembled boat, motor, and trailer packages with requested accessories. TPWD will award a contract only to respondents holding an active and valid Marine Dealer, Distributor, or Manufacturer License as required by Parks and Wildlife Code 31.041.
