The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) Law Enforcement Division is seeking bids for outfitting its officers with new watercraft packages. - Procurement covers: - Eighteen (18) 15-foot all-welded aluminum flat bottom boats - Example OEMs: Alweld, SeaArk, War Eagle (or TPWD-approved equivalents) - Hull: .080 to .125 gauge 5052 alloy aluminum, flat bottom with V bow, 42-48 inch width, 20-24 inch side depth - Features: tread plate floor, storage box, marine battery, USCG navigation lights, bilge pump, fold-down seats, LED light bar, cleats - Eighteen (18) 25hp four-stroke outboard motors - Example OEMs: Mercury, Suzuki (or TPWD-approved equivalents) - Specs: 15-20 inch shaft, CARB 3-star, electric start, remote tiller, power tilt/trim, stainless propeller - Eighteen (18) aluminum or galvanized steel boat trailers - Example OEMs: E-Z Loader, Magic Tilt (or TPWD-approved equivalents) - Must fit specified boats, include new radial tires, spare, LED lighting, safety chains, tie downs, 2-inch ball hitch - Eighteen (18) USCG-approved fire extinguishers (quoted separately) - Eighteen (18) optional GPS units (e.g., Garmin STRIKER Vivid 7cv) - All packages must be delivered fully assembled and operational to four regional TPWD Law Enforcement offices across Texas (Port Arthur, Halthom City, San Antonio, Temple) - Bidders must hold a valid Texas Marine Dealer, Distributor, or Manufacturer License and provide manufacturer authorization for the make/model offered - Delivery, compliance with safety and legal standards, and warranty are emphasized - Line-item pricing required for each component; contract awarded only to vendors meeting all licensing and authorization requirements

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase eighteen (18) 15-foot Flat Bottom All Welded Aluminum Boats, eighteen (18) 25hp Outboard Motors, and eighteen (18) Aluminum Boat Trailers for the Law Enforcement Division. The solicitation requires delivery of fully assembled boat, motor, and trailer packages with requested accessories. TPWD will award a contract only to respondents holding an active and valid Marine Dealer, Distributor, or Manufacturer License as required by Parks and Wildlife Code 31.041.
