Procurement of 750 CCF Helium in MIL SPEC Tube Trailers (Small Business Set Aside)

This opportunity is issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA). - The government seeks 750 CCF (hundred cubic feet) of helium delivered in MIL SPEC size tube trailers. - Helium must comply with MIL SPEC PRF 27407D, Grade B. - Delivery is required within 2 weeks of contract award to NSWC PCD. - The procurement is a small business set aside; only small businesses may submit quotes. - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified; vendors must meet the MIL SPEC requirements. - Vendors must provide: - Full product specifications - CAGE code - Lead time - Ability to invoice via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - Award will be based on best value, considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance. - Strict security and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements apply for contractor personnel accessing the Naval Support Activity Panama City site.

Email quotes on (on your companies letterhead with full specifications) to kaitlin.h.summerville.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Wednesday 12 August 2026 3pm Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping.
