Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA448626Q0007 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Ladder, Pump, ARFF, and Nozzle Testing Services at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and Effective Date 13 March 2026.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and expertise to perform comprehensive inspection, testing, and certification services for essential firefighting and life-safety equipment at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal. This includes ground ladders, fire nozzles, ultra-high pressure hoses within ARFF trucks, and Structural, MWS, and ARFF fire pumps and their associated systems.
