Description
The USDA Forest Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with DeDietrich USA, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). DeDietrich is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the SA-1500 glass-lined reactor and possesses the proprietary dimensions and reglassing parameters necessary to restore asset ID AG0001751188 to safe operating tolerances. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement within 5 days of this notice, which will be considered by the agency.
