Description

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to re-roof the Airfield Maintenance storage building at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The scope includes removal of the ballast roof system, installation of a new fully adhered single ply roofing membrane, replacement of parapet caps, tapered insulation where needed, and safety railing at the upper roof hatch. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, fees, and utilities necessary to complete the work as specified. Funding is approved from RTAA's general fund with an estimated project cost between $225,000 and $325,000.
