Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of Centralized Operations and Maintenance Patching Services - IT Infrastructure.
To bid on this project, potential U.S. prime contractors must 1) maintain a professionally active facility (office, factory, laboratory, etc.) within the United States and 2) hold a Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET or higher, and 3) register with NCIA’s eProcurement tool, Neo: https://www.ncia.nato.int/business/procurement/neo-eprocurement
The reference for the IFB is CO-424389-COMPS and all correspondence concerning the solicitaton should include this reference.
