Description

The City of Kalispell, Montana, seeks proposals from qualified professional firms to conduct a housing study funded by a PRO Housing Grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The study will support the City's efforts related to attainable housing in accordance with its recently adopted land use plan under the Montana Land Use Planning Act. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and analyzing data, drafting the study, and presenting the final product, with completion required by May 2027. Proposals are due by August 21, 2026, and a pre-submittal conference will be held on August 18, 2026.
