The Village of Doaktown invites developers to submit a Request for Proposal for the development of affordable residential housing on lands currently owned by the Village located at 2 Dr. Hamilton Drive with PID # 40046724, covering approximately 1.48 hectares (3.66 acres). The submission should include an offer to purchase the land from the Village. The Village reserves the right to reject all submissions and is not obligated to sell the land or award the contract. Proposals must be submitted by August 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM Atlantic Time.
