Description
This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Landscape Maintenance Services for City of Sunrise parks. The City seeks a qualified contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and incidentals to perform complete landscape and field maintenance of the City’s parks. The scope includes maintenance of turf, park landscaping, weed control, tree water sprout removal up to 8 ft. high, mulching, litter/debris cleanup, pruning, hedging, tree trimming, tree removal, and installation. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for August 17, 2026, at City Hall in Sunrise, Florida.
