Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Regional Municipality of Niagara to invite proposals for Niagara Falls Water Treatment Plant Intake Contingency Planning. The project involves a focused technical study to assess implications of a potential raw water source change at the Niagara Falls Water Treatment Plant related to Welland River flow reversal, including emergency and abnormal operating conditions.
