Description

The City of Camden is seeking proposals from qualified firms for full-time construction management and construction inspection services for the construction of Sadler’s Poynt/North Camden Waterfront Park. The project includes a greenway path, lighting, fencing, landscaping, stormwater improvements, parking lot construction, and the construction of fixed and floating docks. The scope also involves removal of debris throughout the site and placing one foot of certified clean topsoil to cap historic fill, with all removed material to be disposed of at a licensed facility.
