The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for the Chelsea Court Reconstruction project. The consultant will prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule, and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction during the 2027 construction season. Services include research, survey, engineering design, and stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination. The construction work scope includes improvements to underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, street lighting upgrades to LED, and other necessary miscellaneous improvements.
