The U.S. Marshals Service, Investigative Operations Division, is seeking vehicle outfitting services for two 2026 Chevrolet Silverado vehicles assigned to the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marshals Service, Investigative Operations Division (IOD-GCRFTF) - OEMs and Vendors Mentioned: - Federal Signal Corporation (emergency lighting and vehicle equipment) - SoundOff Signal (perimeter lighting) - STI-CO Industries, LLC (vehicle antenna) - Products and Services Requested: - Outfitting of two 2026 Chevrolet Silverado vehicles per USMS standards - Emergency lighting components (multiple Federal Signal part numbers) - Perimeter and insert LED lighting (SoundOff Signal) - Emergency speakers, mounting brackets, and installation supplies - Window tinting and labor for installation - Black bed storage units and undercover flex covers - Internal peel-and-stick antennas (STI-CO) - Quantities specified for each part (e.g., 2 of each lighting component, 28 units of labor) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be secured and access restricted during outfitting - Project manager required; bi-weekly walkthroughs mandated - Outfitting must comply with USMS Statement of Work and standards - Firm fixed price contract with a base period and options to extend up to 5 years
