Waterfront Park is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Management (CM) and Owner’s Representative services for Waterfront Park Phase IV-B. The selected CM firm will support Waterfront Development Corporation throughout pre-construction, procurement, design development, permitting coordination, construction, grant compliance, and project closeout.
