Description
The Town of Longmeadow is soliciting sealed proposals for accident recovery services for a term of up to three years, starting approximately September 15, 2026, through September 14, 2027, with up to two annual renewal option years at the Town's discretion. The services include comprehensive accident recovery on behalf of the Town for all aspects of accident recovery claims, such as replacing municipal equipment damaged by insured vehicles and recovering associated costs. Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes containing a Price Proposal and a Technical Proposal by 11:00 AM on September 3, 2026. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
