The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking an annual agreement for plumbing maintenance and repair services as needed from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, for the State Chemical Laboratory and Pesticide Residue Laboratory located in Auburn, Alabama. Services include maintenance and repair of toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, and other plumbing-related tasks. The supplier must be a licensed plumber and provide pricing for various service scopes such as service calls, hourly rates for regular hours and nights/weekends, drain cleaning, sewer machine use, equipment rental, bucket truck rental, and parts and materials.
