The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking an annual agreement for plumbing maintenance and repair services as needed from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 for the J.B. Taylor Regional Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory located at 495 State Road 203, Elba, AL 36323. Services include maintenance and repair of toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, and other plumbing-related needs. The supplier must be a licensed plumber and provide various pricing for service calls, hourly rates during business hours and nights/weekends, drain cleaning, equipment rental, and parts and materials. The department reserves the right to request a copy of the plumber’s license.
