The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive lawn care services for the Cullman County Health Department at 601 Logan Ave. SW, Cullman, AL. - Government Buyer: - Alabama Department of Public Health (Cullman County Health Department) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Lawn care services including: - Weekly (or as needed) mowing and edging of all grass areas (March–September) - Maintenance and trimming of flower beds, sidewalks, and curbs - Disposal of trash and debris in the parking lot - Blowing sidewalks and parking lot to remove grass clippings - Annual trimming and maintenance of all shrubs and/or trees - Annual mulching of flower beds - Approximately 31 service visits per year, billed per service - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Mandatory site visit for all bidders - Subcontracting is prohibited; only the owner or legal employees of the awarded vendor may perform the work - Vendor must supply all materials and equipment - Vendor is responsible for any damages incurred during service

Description

This solicitation is for lawn care services at the Cullman County Health Department. The services include mowing and edging all grass areas weekly or as needed from March through September, maintaining and trimming flower beds, sidewalks, and curbs, disposing of trash and debris in the parking lot, and blowing sidewalks and parking lot free of grass clippings. Additional services include trimming and maintaining all shrubs and/or trees once per year or as needed, and adding mulch to flower beds once per year. A mandatory site visit is required for quoting, and subcontracting is prohibited.
