The Village of Lemont is soliciting sealed proposals for the 2026 Sidewalk Improvements project, which includes sidewalk removal and replacement, HMA driveway removal and replacement, and related construction work. Bids will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works until 10:30 a.m. on August 14, 2026, and will be publicly opened at that time. Plans and proposal forms are available electronically from HR Green, Inc. Only qualified contractors may receive bid documents, and a statement of experience may be required. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to disqualify bidders with outstanding debts to the Village.
