The City of Richmond Public Works Department, Engineering Division is soliciting proposals from qualified Testing and Inspection firms for a 3-year on-call contract to provide materials testing, inspections, special inspection, and related professional engineering services. The contract value is up to $300,000 per firm for three years, with an option to extend for two additional years at up to $100,000 per firm per year.
