Description

The City of Chula Vista is seeking qualified firms, organizations, consultants, event production companies, and specialty service providers experienced in providing end-to-end event planning or one or more specialized event support services. These services include audiovisual, staging, lighting, entertainment booking, parade production, logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorship and fundraising, marketing and communications, graphic design, decorating, and related event support services. The contract will support various city events such as music festivals, street fairs, parades, community celebrations, block parties, grand openings, ribbon cuttings, groundbreaking ceremonies, cultural events, and other special events. The City intends to establish one or more on-call professional services agreements with an initial term of one year and four one-year renewal options. Task orders or event-specific work authorizations will be issued under the agreements.
