Description

The District's Communications Department is seeking professional communications services on an as-needed basis to support various projects and programs throughout the year. The services will support all divisions within the organization with communication strategies, community engagements, and visual design needs. The objective is to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to successful bidders for specific types of services, with the possibility of awarding multiple SOAs. Services may include communications and community engagement, printing and mailing, professional writing and editing, research, polling and surveying, and signage design, production, and installation.
