Description

Lakeland College is seeking proposals from qualified multidisciplinary Prime Consultant teams to provide professional consulting services for two capital projects at the Vermilion and Lloydminster campuses. The selected Prime Consultant will manage all phases of Project 1 (Equine Facility) including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, project closeout, and warranty review. Project 2 (Lloydminster Campus Space Planning and Renovation Project) will initially cover Space Planning and Schematic Design, with optional pricing for subsequent construction administration phases. The consultant will coordinate architectural, engineering, estimating, stakeholder engagement, tendering support, construction administration, commissioning support, and project closeout services. The College intends to negotiate a professional services agreement with the successful proponent based on the consultant's standard agreement form.
