Description

The Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Student Information System (SIS), data migration of the old system, and implementation services. The procurement aims to acquire a comprehensive solution supporting the full student lifecycle including admissions, enrollment, academic records, financial aid, attendance, grading, student housing, reporting, and other administrative functions. The selected solution will replace AVTEC's existing system and provide a secure, modern, and scalable platform to improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting and compliance, and support current and future institutional needs. Proposals are due by August 28, 2026, and the project must be fully operational by July 1, 2027.
