EBMUD is seeking qualified contractors for CCTV inspection and assessment of sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes within its Interceptor system. - Government Buyer: - East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), Wastewater Engineering Division / Project & Construction Management - Scope of Work: - CCTV inspection of approximately 13,140 linear feet of interceptor segments annually - Inspection of 36 manholes adjacent to CCTV segments (NASSCO MACP Level 2 reporting) - Contractor-led inspection of 20 additional manholes or structures, including traffic control - Lump sum allowance for traffic control services supporting District-led inspections ($30,000 annually) - Cleaning of up to 1,000 linear feet of interceptor segments as needed for CCTV inspection - Services Requested: - Video recording, defect coding, and detailed reporting (NASSCO PACP and MACP Level 2) - Top-side manhole inspections using 360 and zoom cameras with GPS coordinate recording - Traffic control planning and services conforming to MUTCD standards - Notable Requirements: - Inspection reports must be signed and stamped by a California-licensed professional civil engineer - Contractors must have at least five years of experience in large diameter sewer and manhole CCTV inspections - Camera operators/coders must hold current NASSCO MACP and PACP certifications with at least one year of coding experience - Valid General Engineering Class A Contractor's license and all necessary permits required - Proposers must respond to project-specific requests within ten business days - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; focus is on service expertise and certifications.
