Description

Tarrant County is soliciting bids for an annual contract to maintain the Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Video Management System installed at various county buildings. The contract term is twelve months with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. The contractor will provide FLIR Platinum Support Service Agreement including software updates, on-site service, preventive maintenance, and parts management. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder meeting or exceeding specifications. A virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
