El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is seeking to engage a qualified Program/Project Management Firm (PMF) to provide comprehensive management services for capital improvement programs. This includes bond-funded projects, maintenance initiatives, and district-wide facility upgrades. The selected firm will act as an extension of EPISD staff, providing program-level oversight, project delivery support, reporting, and controls to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and with transparency to stakeholders.
