Description

The City of Homestead is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed Florida contractors to design and furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and incidentals for a pre-engineered, prefabricated chemical process building. The building will be reassembled on site at Wittkop Park Water Treatment Facility in Homestead, FL. The scope includes design, furnishing, reassembly, piping, controls, appurtenances, and coordination. The project is federally funded and must comply with federal, state, and local regulations including the Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3, and EO 11246. This project replaces the chlorine disinfectant system damaged by Hurricane Irma.
