The agency intends to select a qualified vendor for the pre-purchase of the Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) equipment and auxiliary components for the Clarkson Water Resource Recovery Facility Biosolids Expansion. This procurement is issued in accordance with the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
