Clean Water Services (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide laboratory relocation services. The scope includes planning and executing the relocation and consolidation of two existing laboratories to a new facility, including packing, moving, reassembling, and installing laboratory equipment, instrumentation, chemicals, and samples. The new facility is expected to be ready by January 1, 2027, with relocation work to be completed by March 27, 2027. The contract is expected to start on September 23, 2026, and proposals must be submitted electronically by August 28, 2026.
