Description

The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Statewide Program Support Center (SPSC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services on an ongoing basis. Services include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly janitorial services to 92,000 square feet of facility restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, lobby, reception desk, hallways, training classrooms, kitchenettes, windows, outdoor seating areas, and floors. The contract term is 36 months from the Notice to Proceed, with mandatory job walk and pre-bid conference. Participation requirements include Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Small Business Preference.
