Lakeland Electric is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide interior cleaning services for the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) at McIntosh Power Plant, Unit 5, located in Lakeland, FL. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, service quality, references, responsiveness, safety, and pricing. The contract will be an annual agreement starting October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options, not extending beyond September 30, 2031.
