Description
SUNY Old Westbury is seeking proposals for a secure, cloud-based, integrated institutional effectiveness software platform. The platform must support strategic and operational planning, budget development and resource allocation workflows, outcomes assessment and program review, accreditation and compliance evidence management, KPI tracking and performance dashboards, cross-unit reporting and analytics, and institutional data alignment and continuous improvement. It should be configurable and adaptable to governance structures, planning frameworks, accreditation standards, and reporting needs, supporting institution-wide use across academic and administrative units. The contract term is 3 years, and all bids must be emailed to procurement@oldwestbury.edu by August 26, 2026, 2:00 PM EST.
