SUNY Old Westbury is seeking proposals for a secure, cloud-based institutional effectiveness software platform to support campus-wide planning, budgeting, assessment, accreditation, and analytics. - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY), SUNY Old Westbury - Products/Services Requested: - Secure, cloud-based integrated institutional effectiveness software platform - Must support strategic and operational planning, budget development and resource allocation, outcomes assessment, program review, accreditation and compliance management, KPI tracking, dashboards, and analytics - Configurable modules for planning, budgeting, assessment, accreditation, and reporting - Institution-wide licensing (SaaS), browser-based access, SSO (SAML/OAuth), MFA, FERPA compliance, SOC 2 or equivalent certification - Robust integration with Banner SIS, Brightspace (D2L), Jaeger, Interview Exchange, identity management, and MS PowerBI via APIs, secure data feeds, and webhooks - Structured data migration, configuration without code changes, implementation and training, ongoing support, and workflow communications - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Platform must be adaptable to SUNY Old Westbury's governance, planning frameworks, and accreditation standards (e.g., MSCHE) - Data migration services for historical data, including mapping, transformation, validation, and secure transfer - Implementation and training services, including configuration workshops and ongoing training - Ongoing technical support with helpdesk, SLAs, knowledge base, and customer success check-ins - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified providers - Three-year contract term with potential for annual renewals or extensions - MWBE, SDVOB, and DBE goals set at 0%

SUNY Old Westbury is seeking proposals for a secure, cloud-based, integrated institutional effectiveness software platform. The platform must support strategic and operational planning, budget development and resource allocation workflows, outcomes assessment and program review, accreditation and compliance evidence management, KPI tracking and performance dashboards, cross-unit reporting and analytics, and institutional data alignment and continuous improvement. It should be configurable and adaptable to governance structures, planning frameworks, accreditation standards, and reporting needs, supporting institution-wide use across academic and administrative units. The contract term is 3 years, and all bids must be emailed to procurement@oldwestbury.edu by August 26, 2026, 2:00 PM EST.
