Iannelli Construction Company, Inc. has been awarded a project for the renovation of the CUNY Lehman College Unit Ventilator System Replacement and associated asbestos abatement at Lehman College - Carman Hall in Bronx, NY. The scope includes replacing fan coils and unit ventilator units with new energy-efficient units integrated into the campus-wide BMS system.
