The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Government Estimator Contract Services funded by the state. Two statewide On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts will be awarded, each with a minimum value of $25,000 and a maximum of $10,000,000, for a term of up to five years. The contracts require exclusivity for prime consultants and sub-consultants during the contract term, prohibiting them from competing on future GDOT Design-Bid-Build contracts unless released by the Department.
