Description

Haralson County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals for outsourced managed IT and phone services. The contract will cover IT managed services, cybersecurity, and phone service/support for the county government over a three-year period starting January 1, 2027. The scope includes fixed IT support and maintenance, comprehensive cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, maintenance and support, technology strategy planning, phone system and support, and other related IT services. The proposal must be a fixed cost proposal except for large or unplanned projects, with a minimum on-site technician presence of once per week.
