BC Housing Management Commission is seeking qualified suppliers for heating equipment inspection and maintenance services at multiple locations in the Lower Mainland, BC. - Scope of Work: - Inspection, repairs, emergency repairs, new installations, and preventative maintenance for all building HVAC systems and related infrastructure - Services required at BC Housing Directly Managed Locations and Group Homes, including səmiq̓wəʔelə, Coquitlam, BC - OEMs and Systems: - Experience required with DDB systems in entiliWEB and Reliable - Certifications and Qualifications: - Current, valid Technical Safety BC licence - ASTTBC certification - CPRO certification - At least two persons with Gasfitter (Class A) qualifications - Technicians must maintain all certifications, qualifications, and licenses throughout the contract - Other Requirements: - Ability to service all locations identified in the NRFP - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are named in the solicitation
