The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for lead sample analysis services. These services are for the Environmental Lead Investigators for the Blood Lead Surveillance Brand of the Department of State Health Services located at 1100 W. 49th Street, Austin, Texas. Both HHSC and DSHS agencies will be entitled to use any contract awarded.
