Description
The contractor shall provide transient commercial lodging for Temporary Duty (TDY) and Lodging-in-Kind (LIK) personnel of the 9th Mission Support Command (9th MSC) Army Reserve, active duty, and approved Department of War (DoW) personnel (who are not eligible for the Defense Travel System (DTS)) operating in the US territories of American Samoa, Guam, and Saipan (CNMI). All accommodations and standard room bookings must comply with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Statement of Work. Nightly rates shall not exceed the maximum OCONUS lodging per diem for each specific location as calculated by the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO).
