This opportunity is for the delivery and installation of a comprehensive CCTV security system at Whiteman Air Force Base's water and wastewater treatment facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, Whiteman Air Force Base (509 CES/CEO, 509 CONS CC) - Products and Equipment Requested: - 13 CCTV security cameras: - 11 Full HD 1080p PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras with 20x-30x optical zoom, integrated IR night vision (100m range), advanced PTZ controls, and support for HD-Analog and IP - 2 static cameras for interior monitoring - 2 viewing monitors (minimum 40-inch, dual LED professional surveillance displays, 60Hz refresh rate, 178° viewing angle) - 1 system server/Hybrid Video Recorder (HVR) with 8TB-12TB storage, 30 days continuous 1080p recording, hybrid architecture (HD-TVI/AHD/CVI and IP), H.265+ compression, and TAA/SSH compliance - 5 managed Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches - 1000 feet of cabling - 2 three-axis joystick keyboards for PTZ control - Software/license for system operation - Miscellaneous hardware as required - Services Requested: - Complete installation of all cameras, monitors, server, switches, and infrastructure - Testing and commissioning of the system, including operator training (minimum one hour) and provision of manuals - Site restoration to repair any installation-related damage - Warranty and ongoing support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be standalone (no internet dependency) and use fiber optic connectivity - All equipment must support secure network compliance (SSH, TAA) - Monitoring stations require ergonomic control interfaces and VESA-compliant mounting - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment - Work to be performed during standard business hours with at least 48 hours' notice for delivery/installation - Training, testing, and documentation are mandatory - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated; salient characteristics and technical requirements are detailed in the attachments.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is for the delivery and installation of security cameras at Whiteman AFB, MO. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, vehicles, and equipment necessary to install wired infrastructure cameras on the exterior of bldgs. 2001, 2005, pump station to the west of 2005, light pole east side 5032, 5034, 5035 (interior), 5036, 5048, 50010, and headworks station at waste-water plant. A total of 13 cameras will be installed, 11 cameras shall have the PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) capability to be repositioned remotely from each of the monitoring sites, 2 cameras installed inside 5035 and headworks station are static cameras.
