This solicitation is for an independent compensation consultant to serve the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) Board. The contractor will provide objective, third-party expertise including evaluation of market data, compensation structures, and performance plans for board direct reports. The consultant will also provide advisory services and compensation expertise to board members and TRS executive management. The contract term is three years with two one-year optional renewals, and the estimated contract value is $725,000.
