NYCT intends to purchase Siemens Maintenance & Technical Support services without competitive bidding from the only known source, Siemens Mobility, Inc. The contractor will provide ongoing maintenance support services and additional services on an as-needed basis, including task order work requested by MTA/NYCT during the contract term.
