Sole Source Lease and Repair Services for Olympus Urology Scopes and Related Equipment at Brooklyn VA Medical Center

Anticipated Period of performance: 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027, with the provision of two (2) 12-month Options through 09/30/2029 Basic description of the requirement: Olympus America Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the sole authorized distributor of equipment/software and provider of maintenance, support, and leasing of the items described below. Olympus America Inc. will retain ownership of these items during the lease term. This requirement involves leasing and repair services for the equipment below:

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 08/13/2026 at 10:00 am EST.
