This opportunity is for the procurement and installation of ergonomic workstations for the USSOUTHCOM Command & Control Headquarters in Doral, FL, managed by the Department of Defense's United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and the 410th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Miami. - Approximately 165 modular ergonomic sit-to-stand workstations are required, to be installed across three facility areas - Three workstation types: Analyst (quad 27-inch flat monitors), Operations Center (dual 27-inch curved monitors), and Leadership (dual 27-inch curved monitors with secure storage) - All workstations must feature: - Dual-motorized electric height adjustment with programmable presets - Integrated cable management and shielded data conduits - Compliance with ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 certification for durability and safety - TAA and NDAA Section 889 compliance (no prohibited components) - 10-year warranty for continuous 24/7 multi-shift use - Adherence to NFPA life safety codes, DoD/military ergonomic and safety standards, and accessibility requirements - Scope includes: - Comprehensive CAD-based space-planning and layout design services - Professional phased delivery, assembly, and installation by security-cleared personnel - All labor, materials, equipment, and transportation - No specific OEMs or brands are named; the government is seeking capability statements from qualified sources - Notable requirements: All hardware must be certified for intensive, mission-critical environments and meet strict federal and military compliance standards

Description

The 410th CSB RCO-Miami  in support of USSOUTHCOM is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to deliver a fully operational command and control workspace consisting of approximately 165 total specialized, ergonomic sit-to-stand workstations across three distinct facility areas at USSOUTHCOM in Doral, FL. The scope of work includes comprehensive CAD space-planning, layout design, and professional phased installation. All proposed hardware must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and NDAA Section 889 compliant, certified to ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 standards, and backed by a minimum 10-year warranty for continuous 24/7 multi-shift usage.
