South Orange Village is soliciting proposals for tree planting services for the fall of 2026. Proposals must be received by September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The proposals should be addressed to Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent, and marked "Tree Planting Fall 2025." The Village reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all proposals if deemed in the best interest of the Village.
